Refund policy
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are FINAL. Exchanges, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of defective goods or an incorrect shipment. You may return a product that you have purchased if the product is faulty or different from how it was described or shown. Items cannot be exchanged for any other reason.
You must contact Bec Stern within 7 days prior to the return of such items to register your return and reason for return. This can be done by emailing info@becstern.com. Your original order number should be referenced with any returns. Upon receiving the item, we will send you a replacement. In the event that a particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, we will offer you a full refund for that piece or an exchange.
If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us via info@becstern.com. Please ensure you do not exceed 30 days (from date of purchase) to notify us of this. We will not accept responsibility for any orders that have not been brought to our attention after 30 days from date of purchase.
